Ultra high performance synthetic technology Polyurea grease

Product Description

Texol Grease PU-AU 2 is an ultra high performance TFAS based Grease. It is combined with an advanced polyurea thickener, designed to provide low volatility performance and oxidation resistance over an extended service life, at temperatures of up to +180°C and intermittently up to +200°C.

Texol Grease PU-AU 2 provides outstanding pumpability in centralised systems, resisting the formation of hard deposits when exposed to radiated heat at temperatures of up to +200°C.

Texol Grease PU-AU 2 has been especially designed for the lubrication of smooth-running ball joints.

Applications and Uses

 Typical industrial and mobile equipment applications are anti-friction bearings, low and high speed journal bearings, general machinery lubrication, all chassis points including ball and universal joints, whell bearings, flywhell bearings, king pins, fifth wheels and other severe duty applications

 Recommended for sealed joints with stell/plastic material combinations subject to oscillating angular tilting and slewing motions and high-frequency vibrations.
