Product Description

Texol Gearsyn™ TGO Spezial is a solid-free performance fully synthetic traction gear oil based on synthetic hydrocarbon oils. Wear problems such as abrasion, surface fatique ( pitting ), grey staining or problems during the running-in phase are solved. Compatible with non-ferrous metals.The additive combination adjusts itself to changing loads and actively prevents wear.

It was especially developed to provide a sufficiently high friction coefficient for use in traction gears. This is essential if such gears are to be operated with minimum slip at high loads.

Texol Gearsyn™ TGO Spezial is characterised by good protection against wear and corrosion as well as high ageing resistance. No silicone materials are used for this product.

Applications

 Long-term lubrication under the most extreme mechanical conditions, vibrations and elevated temperatures

 Dip-feed gear lubrication, the operating temperature range of between -40°C and 100°C

 For friction drive gears of various designs operating under high loads

 Spur and bevel gears, worm gears up to the medium load range

 All types of Rolling and sliding bearings
