Texol Grease™ HSX-AU 2

Fully synthetic grease for low temperature – High Speeds

Product Description

Texol Grease™ HSX-AU 2 fully synthetic polyalphaolefin base, special lithium thickener and antioxidant, antiwear anticorrosive additives. They are especially designed for the application at low temperatures and for bearings running at high speeds in the normal temperature range. Good compatibility with plastics and elestomers.

Texol Grease™ HSX-AU 2 is specifications according to: VW/AUDI-TL-VW 778 A; BMW – GKM No. 0127 403, 0127 473; DBL – 6827.40; Brose – 002-563501-104 group 3; Opel – B 0040 0060 for HSX-AU 2

Applications and Uses

 Door lock cylinders and door locks in vehicle construction

 Rolling and sliding bearings, clutch bearings, window lifters, sun roofs, seats, headlamps, fan flaps and Wheel hubs for long-term and lifetime lubrication at low temperatures

 Bearings running at high speeds ( n X dm – factor up to 1 mio. ).

 Grease-lubricated sliding surfaces at temperature from -60°C to +150°C

Advantages

 Compatible with elastomers and plastics, used in robots

 Good compatibility when coming in contact with EPDM seals or even beer foam enhancing seal life and reduction in down time

 Compatible with plastics such as polacetal (e.g. “Delrin”) and polamide (e.g.”Ultramid”)

 Compatible with elastomers based on synthetic materials (e.g. NBR,CR) and NR-base as well as with rubber

 Working temperature from -60°C up to +150°C

 Low coefficients of friction, low temperature rise in the bearing

 Resistant to cold and hot water

 Do not affect top coat paints e.g. in vehicle construction
