Texol Grease™ SI 2 is a superior silicone grease containing silica. It is extremely stable over a wide temperature range and resists deterioration in a number of adverse chemical environments found in the “clean” industries such as food, beverage, pharmaceutical and personal care products.

General Description

Texol Grease™ SI 2 utilizes a silicone base fluid and silica, which creates a mechanically stable, waterproof and wide temperature range Grease from -65°C to 204°C. It is ideal for use in adverse environments such as those containing ammonia gases, mildly acidic or alkaline vapors and high moisture areas. Inert to most rubbers and plastics, it is an excellent choice on plastic/plastic and plastic/metal parts, hinges for appliances where longer lubrication intervals are are required, as well as slow speed ball and roller bearings. Texol Grease™ SI 2, formulated with the highest quality ingredients, meets FDA requirements for materials that may have incidental contact with food as defined under Title 21 CFR, 178.3570.
