Fully synthetic calciumsulphonate complex soap grease

Product Description

Texol Grease CAS-B series, state-of-the-art lubricant utilizing a complex calcium sulphonate and thickening system. The inherent properties of this thickening system yield a grease with exceptional mechanical and thermal stability, excellent anti-wear and extreme pressure properties and unsurpassed corrosion protection and resistance to water and aqueous mill coolants.

Applications and Uses

Texol Grease CAS-B series are suitable for applications in smelting works and Rolling mills, especially for high-temperature lubrication points supplied through a central lubrication system. A lubricant for such applications must meet the extremely high requirements set forth by the operating temperature, scaling, water and ensuing corrosion.

 Multi-purpose mine, mill and industrial grease; heavily loaded plain and Rolling element bearings operating at low to moderate speeds

 Wet and corrosive environments; steel mill roll neck bearings, marine deck grease, paper mills

 Drive rollers in continuous casting plants ( slabs and billets )

 Conveyor rollers in continuous furnaces.
